"Awful, first and last time. Had asked for a quiet room and couldn’t sleep at all due to noise coming from downstairs room. Uncomfortable bed and pillow. Never again!"

"Adequate room but deep in interior of building, and very warm. No air conditioner. I asked for a fan. Nope. I asked to change rooms to the front to maybe catch some cooler air. Nope. Decent enough manager - he comped me a beer one night at the bar downstairs - but customer service went only so far. Free parking on street, right in front. And a bar-restaurant is attached."
