Our reserved room was on second floor which would be hard for us to carry our suitcases, as a senior. They offered a 1st floor room with no problems. Will return again."

"We arrived at 4pm and they gave away our room to someone else in error because they didn't bother to check the name. So we had to settle for a smaller room that was not as clean as expected for a newer hotel. Very disappointed. The best part of tge stay was their pancake machine ar breakfast. Even though I travel through the area often, I won't be going back. Definitely not up to Hilton hotel group standards."

Some T-Shirt, and a ball cap 🙄not very pleasant or welcoming either. No elevator so had to drag all of our luggage upstairs. No mention of what time breakfast was available. No mention of pool hours. On the upside, beds weren’t terrible. Pillows were AWFUL, Was good enough to sleep for the night, but that’s about it. ...

"The room 132 the beds were okay but the bathroom was very outdated. The tub had rust in the tub. The lighting which was horrible and the exhaust sounds the whole time and the socket both sockets in the bathroom. Neither one worked so if you plan on getting there and taking a nice bath or in the bathroom, don't plan on it. I told this to the lady at the front desk when I was leaving and she said oh did you have 132 and I said yes and she said I used to clean the rooms. I know exactly what you...

"This Red Roof was fine, very convenient location, quite, helpful staff, allowed pets (including cat with litter box). We’ve stayed here twice, it was fine both times."
