"The staff were outstanding, helpful, and friendly. The room was quite nice, with plenty of storage space. The shared spaces were all reasonably clean and adequate. However, the shower space and kitchen were not adequately ventilated and smelled bad."

"It was conveniently located and easy to find and access our room. It was clean and had enough space for a family of four. Our only issue was that we booked for 4 and only had 2 duvets. We used the phone in the lobby to contact customer service. They gave us access to the housekeeping closet so we could get two additional duvets, but there were only duvet covers. I took 4 covers so we could layer to keep warm since my kids were sleeping without blankets. "

"Was a lovely hostel, close to the city centre. Room was nice and the communication from the staff was great (i made a noise complaint and they sorted it). The shower and toilet facilities were good, but the urinals were blocked off and then a resident broke the toilet seat which remained broken until the next day. But other than that it was clean and perfect for what i needed and had a great kitchen to use."

"Its close to the airport but far from Helsinki. Transportation is too costly as I use Uber."
