"One thing we love is it is always clean! The people are always nice and helpful. Now there is no pool in or out as advertised and often there is stuff that does not work. For example this time our room had half the electrical sockets non working. For the money though it's forgivable "

The new water park in the area did cause the room to initially have an unpleasant smell which was easily resolved with air humidifier air freshener and Bath and Body Works concentrated spray."
