"The GOOD - The room was nice and clean, coffee was good, check-in and -out was easy, front desk staff were efficient and friendly, didn't see any wear and tear in the room or any other places in or outside the hotel. The BAD - I stayed two days (Tuesday and Wednesday nights) and both days the breakfast was very poorly stocked and run. "Breakfast Included" is supposed to mean throughout the hours noted upon check-in, 6:30 to 9:30. Both days all of the hot food had run out when I went down...

"It's a no frills hotel, but very clean. Short walk to the center of town. This was my 2nd stay at this hotel."

"Rooms were clean and more than adequate. Loved being able to walk outside and sit in their chairs by the water. Breakfast was adequate - but you aren't here for the food. It is walkable to town - but a distance. And, our tip, there's a Stop & Shop on the other side of town. That's where we went to get food and stuff (because Provincetown is awfully commercial ... and we aren't.) I'd definitely stay here again!"
