"Amazing accommodation! The room was clean, comfortable, and had great amenities. The location was perfect, very close to Chelsea train station, a supermarket, and several restaurants. The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was a great way to start the day, and the airport shuttle service was a wonderful added benefit. Highly recommended!"

"Requested refund and still no updates"
