"The Ranch at Death Valley was wonderful! Our room was spacious and we really appreciated the ceiling fan. Wish we had more time to enjoy everything they offered! We had dinner at the Ice cream parlor and grill- really good burger, chicken tenders and fries-too full for ice cream, unfortunately! General store had a great selection of souvenirs and everything else you might need,"
"Room clean but after lifting lid to pee there was brown pooh on unferdide. Paid for deluxe room but had to take a basic room due to our not being able to climb stairs ( husband 87 & wife 83. Only 1 chair. No fridge but got a no smoking room as requested. The shower head was hanging out of wall. Whole place seemed in need of repair. Never use them again"
"The property is clean and modern and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Their system was down when we went to check in so it was a much longer process than expected."
"First time to stay away from the casino’s, was the best choice I could have made. Comfort and convenience was awesome. Staff was awesome, room clean ."
"The hotel is lovely. Bed was very comfortable. I didn’t like having to go across the street to check in. We got our keys, walked back across the street to our hotel only to find that neither one of our keys worked. While walking back to get new keys the gal from registration was coming over to our hotel because another party had let her know their keys didn’t work either. She was able to reset them and we had no more problems with keys. They have Lavazza coffee makers in the rooms. We followed...
"We definitely recommend this BnB for a stop on long road trips! The owners were incredibly kind and accommodating to us and our doggies. The peacocks were a fun surprise! We felt very safe and taken care of. Thank you Shady Lady owners!"
"My room was large clean. Check in was easy and fast. My room was in a single story building behind another building. It was quiet. They have 3-4 buildings with rooms. Continental breakfast is given to you at check in. Cereal, milk, Danish, apple, juice box, granola bar. Coffee maker is inside the room. There is a restaurant in the front."
"The motel is located very close to Death Valley National Park. However, the mattresses were extremely soft, and some bathroom tiles were coming off. Additionally, the tap water felt like it needed treatment. This property would be a great business opportunity if the owner undertook a major upgrade while preserving its 100-year heritage."
"Great place to stay if visiting Great Basin NP. The hot tub was great watching the night sky since it’s a dark sky location. Definitely would stay here again."
