"It’s my second time staying at this hotel. The room I got this time needed a bit more cleaning. The hair dryer was falling off its wall mount and so was the toilet paper in the bathroom. I did notify the employee when I checked out about these 2 minor issues. I did forget to let him know that the refrigerator is not working properly. I like the location of this hotel and its surroundings. There are a few places to eat and shop right next door. I will stay again whenever I travel again. "

"The property itself is great. Very clean and very friendly staff. There are no facilities (fitness center, swimming pool, laundry, etc.) so that was a bummer but should be expected for the price. "

"We had a wonderful stay. I really like the Dove products to use. The breakfast was perfect for us. One thing on the negative side was the tub was older and narrow for my husband but definitely not a deal breaker. Love that it is dog friendly for we travel with our golden retriever. See you again on our next trip! "

"The night staff was amazing! Very polite and helpful! Our room was a bit messy, we found some bugs in the bathroom and the room smelled of cigarette smoke with the a/c on, the flooring was a bit sticky and the air filters had not been cleaned in quite a while"

"Nothing crazy extraordinary. If you’re looking for something easy and just to stay the night, this is the place! Serves a basic continental breakfast but there’s also a gas station right next door that has EVERYTHING. We stay here every year for the price, ease, and basic necessities it provides as well as cleanliness."

"This Days Inn is situated and a particularly convenient location! Right next to the mall, movies, and several of the main restaurants in florence! To top it off, they have excellent booking rates through Expedia! Very satisfied."
