"Pros- beds were comfortable, it was quiet, full kitchen was great, self check-in went smoothly. Cons- some overlooked areas in cleaning- smears of something on walls and picture frames, a dirty cooking pot, etc. The main problem was the shower. While it looked very nice, it was poorly designed. Automated check-in and payment system outside the front entrance was easy to use and spat out my key card so that we could access the building. Our room was modern, clean, compact and comfortable. "This is a really unique and quirky property! We really enjoyed our room. We booked the top attic room with 5 twin beds and our kids/teens loved it! Really unique space with interesting history. I won't recommend it to people with mobility issues, as the stairs are steep and the ceiling has low beams. But for us it was a really fun experience. Other rooms may not be this way. "The host was very nice and breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed a coffee as we watched the sun rise hit the mountains from the comfort of their assigned tables. Our host Renee was phenomenal and spoke very good English. The front desk is closed on Wednesday so if you plan to check in on Wednesday you will need to use cell service or use an app like whatsApp to call them. "

"The hotel is hard to find since it is in the town with winding streets, but the local petrol station came to our rescue. The room was crowded but clean. Breakfast was great. Also they gave us free tickets to the lifts and other attractions in town that compensated for what we paid for the hotel. We would like to return to the hotel and town with our family for an extended vacation; it is a great place with many things to do."

"The room and hotel was excellent. It is tucked away in a corner by the highway, so it functions like a motel but the area isn't "nice" per se; it's a corner off the highway not a mountain resort looking out over the valley. Communication was either none or 5 star. Mostly since you don't need it. Everything is great and checkin with the machine was simple, so never spoke to anyone to rate. Clean nice, good beds, and the exceptionally large family room for parents with two children, it exceeded all expectations. Very happy. "
