"The photo in the picture if the pool is not part of the hotel. It is a communal pool 500metres from the hotel which also is of extra cost. I complained to hotels.com about it because we booked the hotel simply for the pool, which it doesn't have, yet the picture is still there. Very misleading. Parking costs €5 overnight. "Excellent staff and short walk to Dergano metro station. 5 minutes walk to supermarket. The problem was the noise of the other guests, 3 out of 5 nights I could not sleep before 1am or even later. Maybe I was just unlucky."

"This hotel is run down, the beds are over their estimated lifetime, so not comfortable at all. Our door handle fell off. The flush button on our toilet was constantly stuck, leading to a massive waste of water. There are fungus at the walls in the toilet. The room nr 1 is right next to the reception, so you can hear the noice from there clearly through the door, and specifically the receptionist talking on phone on speaker with someone for hours...
