"Pros:The location for skiing was perfect; you could walk right out of the locker room to the ski area. The restaurants and staff were super friendly. Cons:The parking was a hike, and dropping off your luggage was challenging. We had a difficult time trying to find check-in for the Expedition Station. Overall, it was a clean, safe, and amazing location!"

I got a text from the owner of the house the day of check in asking if we had a 4WD vehicle as the road goes unplowed usually. Luckily, we had AWD and snow tires so we were okay. "We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cottage! It's the best of both worlds... we had all the modern amenities of home, but were surrounded by the WV's mountains and natural beauty. It was close to everything we wanted to see in the area; walking distance or a short drive to just about everything. There's a trailhead literally across the street.
