"Great location, two local pubs are fun, rooms were very pleasant. Apart from one sweet young cleaner, I didn't see any staff. Personally i hate automated check in and the pin numbers etc hadn't come through so I was stuck outside (with a couple of other new guests) for half an hour. No answer to the phone calls either. Real people might cost money but they determine how a place is perceived."

"Everything about my stay, unfortunately only one night, was outstanding. The surroundings, the room, the meal and of course the staff. It was a wonderful experience."
