Reception staff were super friendly, I stored my bag for free before check in. (There is also a more secure paid locker for bags) The room was fine but quite small, I was travelling alone so it suited me fine! The shower was amazing, it was like a wet room, I'd read some negative reviews but it was not a problem for me! If I could choose, I would have opted...

"I like how close it was to the bus and train, also that was secure with the cards, the recicle, the facilities (common areas, laundry, kitchen and food service too. I didn’t like the odor in the kitchen, also we asked for hand soap (cause it ran out) and the personnel told us they bring it up, but didn’t. "

"Nice unique hotel that from outside doesn’t look so good. Looks like old and forgotten building, but rooms actually nice, with mini kitchen, dining table, nice beds. Hotel even set up for us two cribs for babies even that originally that said we can only have one. Big appreciation for that "

"Not sure why people didn't like this place. I actually enjoyed it. It's in a shopping mall, and the checkin is automated, but what's wrong with that? The process worked, and there's someone on the intercom if there are any problems. The mall is nice, albeit things are not open 24/7, but overall I enjoyed my stay and would stay again if I was in the area."

"Excellent budget option - hotel is about 5 mins walk from the nearest Metro and sits on the junction of two different bus routes - all of these have very regular bus/train services both into the tourist areas of Copenhagen and beyond and also to the airport - so even though its c. 1.5 miles out of town you can get there in around 15 to 20 mins from leaving the hotel.
