"I did book last minute. When I arrived they informed that they only had one room left it was in the basement and the elevator didn't go there.
I specifically asked for elevator services because I don't do stairs being I am disabled.
I ended up taking the room as it was already late evening.
The Desk Manager carried my bags as I had a lot. Which worked well enough that I could take the room., however the room was not good.
The A/C worked excellent.
The rest of the room not good, broken...
"Shower floods, bathroom was small, saw roaches and one crawled into my suitcase, pillows were hard, elevator only held 2 people and was sketchy. Homeless everywhere but i felt safe. I do have to say the ac was nice and cold and the location to the metro was good."
"the hotel is nice and clean the only thing I didn't like is that the balcony had to face the city, but I got the room with the balcony that faced the yard and a person can only stay at that balcony, not seat or relax. View was terrible too"
