"This is an apartment style property located on the Northern part of Sitia not far from the Kazarma fortress. The staff were friendly, they had a pool and the views of the bay were spectacular. They would even do your laundry for a small fee.Would definitely stay there again."

"Very disappointing stay. This photos show a pleasant hotel with sea views. What we had was a view of the sea with a very ugly old half built building obscuring the view. The receptionist was surly, abrupt and generally unpleasant. No welcoming smile, I felt like we were a burden. The room was full of mosquitos. The bed was a bit like sleeping on a blanket covered rock and only 2 pillows. Breakfast the first morning... my husband is a diabetic and is not able to eat any of the cakes and...

"Nice hotel, on the sea front. There is a nice swimming pool with salt water. The room we stayed was a grand suite on the top floor. The view from the room balcony is perfect deep blue and relaxing. The room is spacious but bit outdated. The bathroom is nice with a big bathtub. Overall a positive experience."

"The rooms are somewhat basic, but there is nothing missing. If anything, that adds to the summer feeling of spending all day at the beach - which is so close - and returning to an uncomplicated room in the evening. Very clean and the staff is very friendly. Some things do need a bit of maintenance (example, the toilet flush was leaking, so we had to turn it shut each time etc) but nothing really significant. I would gladly go back or recommend it to friends who are looking for an easy-going...

"hey went above and beyond- I asked for an airport pickup but they are 4 hours from Heraklion- so they offered to pick me up from bus station at Sitia instead. Little did I know that tthey were an hour return away from the bus station- and their bus broke down. Rather than have me wait they had a taxi greet me at the bus station to take me back- which would’ve cost them an absolute fortune. And they charged me nothing. "This is a new and modern property close to Petra’s Beach and a mile away from the harbour in Siteia. It is walkable and takes about twenty minutes. The staff are delightful and helpful friendly people. We stayed in a deluxe studio. Good powerful shower, comfortable bed. Complimentary Raki provided. My only slightly negative comments would be regarding the parking which can be hard to come by and ratherba tight squeeze, I would also advise that a new washing up sponge and cloth should be provided...
