"Jacklyn was amazing. She greeted me before I even got to the desk. Very friendly, very professional. You need more staff like that. Last night I asked for a towel when she came out from the back of the room she never even greeted me or even said have a good day or anything she was some girl that had short hair. There was a couple issues with the room, but I told Jacqueline about it so we wouldn’t get charged look like someone was mad and slammed the door open and the behind the door was damaged....

"Overall okay just needed a place to sleep but they require a 100.00 deposit which is not stated until you arrive. The front desk helped me out with the deposit so beware. "

"Someone pushed the fire alarm at 6 am and woke us up early , but overall it was a great stay . "

"Staff was incredible we had a faulty refrigerator and they had it changed 5 minutes after we asked about it room was almost spotless and over all i enjoyed my stay throughly. The mosquitos were rampant all over rockport except for the hotel so i was very impressed"

"Nice room at a grate price. Staff was very polite, a lot of resturants near by. Beach only 20 min away. Grab and go breakfast offered very convenient. Amenities included such as washer, dryer, drink vending machine others, ect. Definitely will be booking this hotel again. "
