"My stay here was great! Housekeeping came by every day with clean sheets and towels, which I really appreciated. My only complaint was that the sink was clogged and drained very slowly.
Other than that, the staff was very sweet, helpful, and welcoming. The property was overall clean, and I felt safe staying here as a solo traveler. It is also very close to the airport and about 15–20 minutes from the city center.
Overall, I had an awesome stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!"
"La struttura si trova a poche decine di metri dalla fermata Rogier, il che la rende molto comoda per gli spostamenti e vicina al centro storico. L'ascensore ed i corridoi stretti fanno capire che l'edificio non è di recente costruzione ma la stanza, ad eccezione del bagno, ha uno stile moderno, quindi è stato rinnovato di recente. In camera è presente tutto il necessario ed il cambio asciugamani avviene tutti i giorni.
Nel complesso un buon rapporto qualità prezzo per Bruxelles."
"Very old and broken hotel.. No AC so its hars to sleep when its 30+ degrees and everything is either broken or very old. There is a strong odor in the corridor.
I will not recommend any one booking this hotel"
"The sheets were clean, and the hotel location is excellent.
However the hotel is unstaffed but it is not set up for self check in.i had to notice someone remotely typing on the computer behind the reception desk to get any idea of how to get in. They could have messaged but didn’t bother. I notice other reviews have said similar.
The carpets are dirty and the rooms obviously haven’t been refurbished for decades.
