"We arrived late evening and were allocated apartment 1008. After searching, unfortunately, we were not able to find this and went back to the phone in reception and were given a different apartment which was excellent. We looked in daylight but never found 1008."

"Was sirprised it was sterile airbnb as opposed to hotel. Lux made me think luxury not under construction. Saw no employee as all done online. Daily housekeeping was emptying the bin. To the point i rationed toiletries through week as didnt bring own. Tv pointless unless you have norwegian account. Central air kicks in 2330-0100 even with all 4 ac controls off. At least it makes change from constant trains. Chosen for location, my fault for not reading reviews. Bed was firm and comfotable."

"Did not meet expectations. The pictures do not match the room which has no view and is in a corridor down in a basement. The pictures are very misleading and I felt cheated. Checked out after 2 hours. The walls are very thin and the molding around the door was not lined so both sound and light get through. "This was a short personal trip to Asker, I just need a place to spent the night, and that was the cheapest place that I found, so it a good place to stay for short terms, is a 15min walking distance to the city center and main train station, the room is comfortable and clean, general speaking is a price- value option, breakfast is not included but you have the kitchen available to cook, warm your food and a kettle to heat up water to prepare your cafe or infusions"

"They did not have my expedia booking and sold my room. Luckily i had access to their lounge and wi fi. My wife called expedia from South Africa and held for on the phone for close to an hour!!! If you book international, you have to have immediate online help 24/7 via wifi. Writing 2 phone nrs and charges may apply is just rubbing salt in the wound. Calling you on international roaming is NOT AN OPTION!! That is the quickest way to lose customers. It is cheaper to book and pay another hotel,...
