"We had a nice, large room with two double beds, a couch, a big-screen tv, and plenty of space in between. WiFi was good. The bathroom was small but very clean with amenities such as a hair dryer and nice walk-in shower. A waterproof, slightly longer curtain would keep more water off the floor, but not a big deal. There were two large windows with French balconies overlooking the street. The beds were very comfortable and daily housekeeping was excellent. The front desk staff was very helpful...

"Decent place for the price. Not fancy but suited us just fine."

"Location location location! Casa 1800 is in a great location close to almost everything! We absolutely loved our stay. The staff was extremely helpful from booking taxis to leaving our room exceptionally cleaned every day. And the bed was so comfortable— a very welcomed comfort after a long day (& night) on our feet! Thank you for making our stay in Oaxaca an excellent one!"

"Our stay was good for the week we were there. Room was clean and staff was very helpful. The room had only two very small windows so felt a little claustrophobic. The water pressure was very bad and the last day there it was just a trickle coming out. But overall our time was mainly outside. To come and sleep it was ok. Wouldn’t mind coming back, maybe ask for a room with a larger window."

"There is no front desk. The host/staff respond on WhatsApp, but it is delayed. If you need something urgently then you should call- we did not have which apartment or the code to get our keys when we arrived. The place was clean and there is everything you need, but there are bugs. We did have to kill a cockroach. And the WiFi wasn’t working throughout our stay. Otherwise, it is in a great location, very easy to walk everywhere and with great restaurants within 2-3 blocks! Loved that area."

"It’s in the middle of down town Is a very simple hotel. From there you can walk to the city plaza"

"I really enjoyed my private room. Bed and pillows were comfortable, however, the towels were too old. Breakfast was good. Staff were very helpful and friendly. They also had a lot of activities and tours to attend. Met a lot of amazing travelers from all over the world!"

"Loved it!"

"The staff was friendly and they stored our luggage until it was time to check-in as we had an early flight, same thing during check-out as we had a couple of hours to spare. The location is great!, walk a couple of blocks and you are in the tourist corridor with plenty of bars, restaurants, churches, art galleries and more. The only drawback is that our room was in the second floor and they have no elevator, something to consider for those on wheelchairs or strollers, other than that, we had a...

"El personal respetuoso amicable y muy servisial"

"The rooms are very clean, comfortable, warm and cozy. The location is convenient and close to everything. The young man, Julio, on duty at night was a Godsend."

"New new, awesome place close to Zocalo"
