"Beautiful Mt Fuji views from our suite. The most incredible and responsive service from the front office staff who provided efficient and timely transportation by shuttle to nearby bus/transportation stops as well as to dinner and even the conbini one night when the only restaurant that was open (Jan 1) was full. It is definitely a food desert in that area, but we made do just fine. We enjoyed the shared onsen which was not busy at all. "

"ドミトリーの利用でしたが、とても快適に過ごせました♪ 朝食も美味しく、自慢のクラムチャウダーはおかわりしました 館内にはサイクルラックも多く、補給食などの自販機や自転車書籍もあり、とてもサイクルフレンドリーを感じる事ができました 朝早めの出発だったので、お風呂が6時から利用できて助かったのですけど、ラウンジのドリンクバーが7時からだったので、できれば6時30分から利用できれば嬉しかったです 伊豆方面にライド行く際にはまた利用したいと思います"

"別邸利用です。 安めなのに客室露天風呂付きで、一通り必要なものも揃っており部屋も清潔でした。 チェックインからアウトまで無人のシステムですが、私は所用で有人対応していただきましたが大変ホスピタリティが高く気持ちよく滞在できました。ありがとうございました。"
