"Our stay at the City Center-Hotel Relax was absolutely flawless from start to finish. A special, heartfelt thank you to the receptionist, Klea, who was incredibly warm and welcoming! She was so sweet and attentive to our 1-year-old daughter, ensuring our family had everything we needed. They went completely above and beyond by specially providing a comfortable cot bed and even sweet toys for her to play with.

"We would absolutely recommend this hotel! It was clean, beautifully decorated, close to the centre of town and only a 20 min walk to the promenade. As it’s in a local area, it can be quite loud and bustling outside, but it never bothered us because with the balcony door closed, you couldn’t hear a thing. "The location is great. Not far from the square, local fruit/veggie market on the street, and grocery next door. The apartment is large - plenty of space for two couples. Beds are comfortable and the full kitchen is well stocked (although we only ate breakfast in the apartment). We were able to drop our luggage earlier than check in, which was very helpful!! Owner was very responsive. Definitely recommend."

"The room was very good size, but the thing was the toilet was very small one and the toilet door was broken. You can’t lock the door. AC was working but it was at set temperature. You can’t change the temperature at all, remote was not working at all. And there were too many mosquitoes it was very very bad. I couldn’t sleep all night. The location was okay. Staff was okay. We just messaged him on WhatsApp and he sent ladies to clean the room."
