The only reason for giving the hotel three stars overall rating is that the bathroom was outdated - the hotel was celebrating a one year opening so I was surprised at the outdated bathroom condition. "This would be the best choice if you are looking for an authentic traditional Japanese accommodation. The hotel is very clean and our room comes with a balcony overlooking the Hida River. The view is absolutely gorgeous. We particularly appreciate the staff's attentiveness.
