"The most breathtakingly beautiful home. The hosts are so lovely welcoming,they made you feel right at home. Everything has been so well thought about. The attention to detail is second to none throughout the whole property. The place is sparkling and spotless. Absolute pleasure to spend time there, relax and unwind. "OK Lodge is just a name; what is is is a (nicely) extended and converted terraced house opposite a park; so now a few studio flats, with some common areas. Modern and clean but a couple of issues - like oven not even wired in; no table to eat off; and also whilst we booked for 3 adults and was confirmed; they called to say max was 2 adults & a child and would not refund the extra £50 for the 3rd adult (who couldn't now come of course) and I had to go through Expedia to get resolved. "Our experience with this property was unacceptable from the start. When we arrived, the host had lost our reservation—we had to call them just to gain access. Once inside, we found the house in a filthy and unsafe state. A full bag of garbage sat on the kitchen floor, a dirty mattress leaned against the house, and a bottle full of cigarette butts was outside. The cleaner admitted, “Oh, I forgot to clean,” swapped out some sheets, and left. But the space remained unsanitary—greasy dishes, dusty...
