"Great property to stay at. Rice and toppings provided for breakfast. Rooms with bunks are nice, each bunk has outlets next to bed. Air conditioned and clean. Close walking distance to shopping areas and train station. "

"The common area was big and spacious. There’s also an elevator served up to level 7 which is great as we were having many luggage. Room was big and clean for 5 of us. The only con was that there isn’t any wardrobe to put away our clothes."

"Hotel is close to 3 train lines and only 2 changes from Kyoto station. The rooms are small but this is Japan so I did not have a problem with that. It’s very well run and the rooms and facilities were well kept. Only thing would be for the housekeepers once a week to wipe down the desk and the top of the tv because it had a lot of dust on it. "

"This hotel is wonderful. I was amazed of how beautiful this property is. Rooms are very clean, comfortable and nice. Staff welcoming, speak very well English. They allowed storage of luggage while we already check out to explore furthermore of the city. Location was a distance walk from train station and buses. 22 minute walk. Probably will reconsider in future our next stay while it can be a distance from transit and train station."

"Wonderful staff with great service. Shower and bathroom are great. Walking distance for a lot of train stations to help get around fast. Located close to Tsūtenkaku with lots of food options. One downside was that the bed kind of blocked the mini fridge but other than that, excellent place for the price."

"The hotel was great for our family of 4. The location was good, close to train stations, 7Eleven & Family Mart are all in short walking distance. The rooms were clean and modern. Love that there were laundry facilities in the hotel and dining tables to eat on if you want to bring back food instead of eating out all the time. Which can get expensive with kids. My only negative comment would be the pillows in the room. Just wasn’t enough. We needed at least two pillows on each bed, one just...

"Nice and handy, 10 minute walk to Kyoto station. Between Higashiyama Honganji and Nishi Honganji. Close to Karasuma Dori and Gojo Dori for buses and subway. Room was very nice and perfect for one or 2 people. Staff were very welcoming."
