"They have built this property with lots of good facilities. But the pools and other facilities sorely need some maintenance and TLC. Service both at the rooms and restaurant left a lot to be desired. "

"Extremely polite and professional staff. However, the buffet dinner timing should be extended from 8-10 pm to at least 8-11 pm. Not every guest is habituated with finishing their meal by 10 PM. Also, the buffet counters are removed after the cut off time which means your food tends to get cold. If course the staff was courteous enough to serve food after 10 PM. However, if the timing is extended, it saves everyone the hassle."

Mr Gaikwad is a gem for this place. Entire staff is very friendly and helpful. We had 1yr old, whose special meal requests were accomodated perfectly. Felt expensive though, even considering Dec31"
