"All went well. My only critique is we had no idea how to get into the house upon arrival, or find the specific house. We were in a foreign country and this was our first house. Having an email sent saying "When you arrive the house looks like this and here is where to find it" would have helped. Also a note saying how to get into the house (We called the owner which took a long time to figure out how to do in a foreign country) and was told house was unlocked and key was inside. "From our arrival through to our departure, The Birdhouse surpassed our expectations. It's beautifully designed and it's in an amazing location. Kristen and Gregor are perfect hosts, super friendly and helpful. There are lots of stunning walks and scenery to explore in Applecross Bay. I highly recommend a stay and hope to return to The Birdhouse one day. "

"Coillemore is a beautifully restored house where real care has been taken to honour its history. The views to the distant mountains are stunning, shifting in and out of sight, and the setting is very peaceful- we slept like logs.
