"Overall excellent accommodations for a fair price. The only big missing item was that the property info, and the reservation, don't actually say where you are supposed to check in when you get there. If you don't know the British house system, you don't know that the Porter's Lodge is the place to check in to a college. I and about a dozen other, independent guests, all wandered around the property trying to figure out where to check in. You should have this information prominantly in your hotel...

"1 night business stay. The property is an older property with creaky floorboards and a few stairs internally between various levels. The room was nicely presented and the bathroom had a large walk in shower, everything was very clean and comfortable. There was tea/coffee making facilities in the room and TV on the wall. "The picture of the rooms are fake, rooms were dirty, smelly and not fit for humans. I would not recommend anyone to use UK.hotels.com as you can't contact any once you have paid the money.
