Room was already booked so they had to give us a different room with less features. They do not clean your room multiple night stays, they don’t issue more towels, I’m a big girl and we were denied. "One can tell someone did a lot of work on the hotel, but major issues remain! Cockroaches in the room, the smoke detector hanging by its wires, the sink falling out of its counter, the toilet rocking, a roll of toilet paper with only enough on it for one use and no spare, gunk on the wall by the bed, the TV difficult to see cause it is somehow being converted to an analog signal before being distributed, tiny towels that one can barely dry oneself with it.
