"I strongly advise others to think twice before staying at this location. Do not reserve a room here—not now, not in the future. Based on my experience I had with a particular staff member named Avy, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Management needs to take accountability and address this behavior before another customer has to go through the same ordeal. Further action will be taken on my behalf to ensure this matter is brought to the attention of the appropriate parties and handled...

"Staff was friendly. The room was bare minimum. Had a funky smell, almost like of ammonia. The Wi-Fi never worked. Asked the staff attending and he had no idea how to make it work. The room had no hangers to hang clothes. No iron or ironing board. Only available if asked. No shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom. Exhaust didn’t work properly and even afterkeeping on for a long time never defogged the bathroom mirror. Bed was comfortable and the TV worked. The chair to sit was all torn. No table...

"Clean, organized and quick elevators . Helpful staff and decent breakfast. Comfortable beds and rooms."

"The property has been updated and was clean. Our room was clean, breakfast was ok. My only complaint was on our last night at 2:30AM someone was trying to get into our room. "The place was not well maintained. It smelled stale the moment you walk in. There was hair in the bathtub drain. The hair dryer was chained to the wall but had been yanked off. When I told the front desk about the hair in the tub she said there was nothing she could do. The “nonsmoking” room smelled of cigarette. And we found hairs in between the sheets and the comforter. Horrible experience."
