"Only down point was that it was around 64 degrees and raining and we were at an outside sheltered party. When we got in our room the temperature in our room was set at 63 degrees. Being in the cold, damp weather for hours and the chill in our bones that did not help. Then the thermostat was in a very hard place to get to for two 70 some year olds. Otherwise we love the place "

"This was the nicest red roof I’ve ever been to. We needed a super cheap place to stay last minute and this was perfect it was clean and the beds were AMAZING! "

"This property was exceptionally good. Old, but very clean. Spacious room with seating area. King size bed was comfortable. Air conditioning worked great. No coffee in the rooms but they had it in the office. Refrigerator and microwave in the room. No amenities but we were just passing through. Owners were very nice. Definitely recommend and will stay again. "

"Hotel has cheap rates. It is extremely dated, but also extremely clean. Beds are average. They have a breakfast but I didnt attend. Staff is friendly and talkitive. It wasnt my first stay and it wont be me last."

"We had the most wonderful stay! It was snowing and blowing, so we stayed in most of the time and enjoyed the beautiful view from the large patio doors. My husband kept the fire stoked the entire time we were there, adding a warmth and ambience beyond compare. Firewood was provided which made things extra special. We did venture out on Friday and Saturday to hike in the Laurel Highlands and at Koosier State Park. The location of the property made it very easy to explore the area, and returning...

"The property was great and had beautiful views from the many windows. Lots of space to spread out. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds were comfy and soaking tub was amazing. Property manager -Fred - was excellent- very helpful and communicative. "
