"Bed not ready, no blanket. Cigarette holes burned in sheets put on bed. Shower was horrible, shower head needs to be replaced. Ice machine broken. Waited well over hour for a blanket. Room smelled badly like stale cigarette smoke. Toaster at continental breakfast was also broken."

"This place was fine. Check in took a while and my TV didn’t work. I was on the first floor and my room was clean and comfortable. However, it was really bright with the hall lights and outside lights. I woke up multiple times thinking it was morning because it was so bright."

"The room was clean and shower pressure was great. Lots of space and a nice porch with chairs. The bed unfortunately was terrible; it was lumpy and so uncomfortable. The right side of the bed sunk in and there was evidence of a support beam under the bed to “help” support it. For the price I paid I expected a better mattress at least. Staff was nice. I didn’t report this issue during the stay since we were staying one night."

"Everything was filthy. There was a pile of dirty towels outside by door at 9pm check in that stayed there all night. The hook lock for the door was broken. The bath mat was filthy. the carpets in the room and halls had not been vacuumed."
