"Overall nice place and very accommodating and friendly host. Marina is nice and walking distance to the city. The boat/house was clean and well equipped. On the negative side the blinds/shades on the terrace were broken which made the terrace unusable during the day when the sun was out. This was extremely disappointing and for the price we would assume fully usable place. "water was continually leaking in the bathroom. had to turn off toilet tap every time you used the toilet to stop the bathroom floor from being wet. there was another leak from the hand basin. heated in lounge did not work. good position and views."
