"VERY disappointed with this hotel. Check-in was fine at the desk, but the hotel is generally in really bad disrepair. Wallpaper peeling everywhere in the halls, almost every room door we walked by was dented, like they had been hit with something. Paint scuffed and chipped off most every door facing. Only one working elevator for the whole hotel. Our room was very run down - stained carpet, holes in the fiberglass shower that had never been fixed. The shower curtain was torn. One overhead light...

"This was one of the Best hotels i have stayed at in Pigeon Forge, It was excellent, in a great location, Staff, Rooms was big and spacious..... and so clean and nice deco.... Breakfast was wonderful too"

"I normally never leave reviews but wanted to warn others. 1. They had maintenance going on which we understood but they could have most definitely tried to make up for the big area that was closed but they didn’t. On top of the large indoor part being closed the pool and lazy river outside was also closed due to “cleaning” honestly it didn’t look like there was much cleaning going on in the pool the workers were just standing around. 2. On top of so much being closed little food spots and such...

"Booked two rooms for two nights to celebrate a graduation. Two members of the party were unable to travel at the last minute. Hotel would not let us cancel second room, so it remained empty. They did not care, though they could’ve easily rented it to someone else. "

"Arrival the night staff at the desk was professional, but not very friendly to me or another potential guest. The grounds look like they were all under construction although the place look like it been renovated a while back the room had a strange odor and the beds were pretty and white so I assume clean the bathroom and the sink and need it grouting the floor was absolutely filthy.
