"We booked two rooms for our family. The place is centrally located with numbers of grocery and dining options nearby. The town is very walkable, and an easy drive to Madrid. The air conditioning in one of the rooms barely worked and was uncomfortable. The elevator was scary and so we took the stairs to our rooms, during our two day stay. "

"Reception was very helpful and accomodating. Parking En-Batterie right outside Hotel was free. The "Reserved for Hotel" spots ARE NOT! Breakfast was basic but fine for included. Attached restaurant gets good reviews and always busy, but we only had the included breakfast. Good location, short walk to the best of Aranjuez."

"We booked a one night stay. The room was like a sauna, no AC. I inquired and was told they had no idea when it would be fixed. The hall was cool??? No effort to move us, stated the problem was with all rooms. The entry area was cool??? We did not stay, the temperature was stuck on 31.5C°. Do not recommend this hotel, they could have notified us about the problem as we booked it several days in advance. Very unprofessional, did not offer any compensation. Never use this hotel chain again."

"I am happy with everything they offered and property is within walking distance to the train station. To the city center only three stops. One thing is puzzled me my room’s air conditioning cannot be turned on. The next stop is Getafe very descent shopping center. The traffic noise is very obvious. "

"Good clean rooms with a quiet fan to keep you cool at night. It's situated up a narrow street so don't expect scenic views. The staff only speak Spanish but with google translate and sign language it's easy to understand each other. It's about an 3/4 hour from Madrid by metro which is easy to use. I will certainly use this hostel again"

"this is an apartment in a less well-off area of Madrid, far from public transport, shops and restaurants. It has 4 double bedrooms (the advert stated 2 bedroom flat) and only one bathroom where a larger person would not fit in the shower. Kitchen is not equipped properly - no coffee mugs, no bowls, no bottle opener, to name a few. Furniture in the room is non existent - a pole for wardrobe and a small coffee table for everything else. Pillows were strange long ones and uncomfortable....

"The Hostal Castilla is a gem in Aranjuez. The staff has been superb and the room was spotless and everyone was super accommodating. The patio is something out of a fairy tale. Highly recommended."

"Este no es un Hotel sino un departamento que rentan por habitaciones. Ofrecen en hoteles.com la mejor habitacion del apartamento pero al llegar te la cambian por una mas pequeña y sencilla sin baño privado. Le rentan la misma habitacion a varios huespedes y al final se configura la estafa que repiten ciclicamente. Ofrecen lavanderia y no la dejan usar. Luego se hace reclamacion y no aceptan lonque hacen. Muy mal lugar nada recomendado. La habitacion tiene mala la cerradura y se hace insegura....
