"Breakfast every morning. VERY helpful and nice front desk that is there 24/7. Excellent location, close to a main station. Would definitely book again. They watch over out luggage for a couple of hours after check out."

"We enjoyed our stay and the location was great!"

"The hotel's location, the cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff, everything was impeccable"

"Excellent location but the hotel is dated. No elevator, very old and basic . Friendly staff. Next to the train station."

"Staff was friendly. They have room cleaning everyday"

"Great location and staff were super helpful Small hotel with character"

"Great location very helpful would stay here again!"

"Great location!"

"Very friendly staff, good decent room if travelling solo "

"The staff were friendly and helpful. The welcome and check-in process went smoothly. The room and bathroom were clean. However, the room itself felt cool and uninviting. The only window is a sealed one located two meters up, so hardly any daylight gets in. In an emergency, there is no way out. Breakfast was decent."

"The room is spotless and welcoming, and we’d be delighted to stay here again."

"Perfect location, perfect host, perfect stay."

"The staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive. The location was convenient with an elevator that was an advantage for getting luggage to the 3rd floor. Breakfast was also convenient and quite good."

"Friendly staff, room ready hours prior to expected, quiet neighborhood, but easily accessible to central downtown"

"This hotel is very old. There was no one at the front desk when we arrived. The room was old a dingy, did not feel clean. The bathroom was dirty and the shower drain was plugged. The air conditioner was not working and the wifi did not work during our stay. The only good thing about this hotel is location. Not worth the money we paid."

"Villa Castiglione is the perfect accommodation to rest and relax while visiting the Tuscan region. Perfectly located in the countryside just outside Florence and located close to city trams and buses. This is a quiet, well cared for property surrounded by olive trees and a gorgeous view of Florence. The perfect central hub if you are intending on day trips to other cities in the region. The staff are very approachable, helpful and pleasant. I would absolutely stay again. Thank you Villa...
