As an avid dog lover, I appreciated how amazingly dog friendly this hotel is, but if you are not a dog lover, stay somewhere else. Some of the rooms were a bit worse for wear (scratches on the door, likely from an unhappy dog) and my friends said they could hear their upstairs neighbors. "Heidi's inn is a fun little hotel in the middle of ilwaco. Love it cuz it's within walking distance of everything that Ilwaco has to offer. Great little restaurants and coffee shop nearby. There's also a Saturday market in the summer which is always lots of fun. The place is clean and one of the two rooms that we had had just been updated."
