"The front desk, check-in clerk was very rude and not nice at all. If you have a question for her, she snaps at you doesn’t matter if the question was dumb or very important. She just snapped. She also snapped and asked about the Wi-Fi how she couldn’t get on her own effing work computer because the Wi-Fi was terrible. That’s not the answer I was looking for And not only was she rude to me, but another customer had a problem with the toilet being clogged, and she handed him a plumber and told him...

"Old rundown hotel. Bed was ok, bathroom needed update, peeling wallpaper, rusty door etc. Didn't bother with the so called breakfast. Microwaved egg omelets, no thank you. Walls are thin, you can hear everything. Sounded like people above us were a herd of elephants, loud banging, thumping , voices etc. I called front desk to complain. Noise started around 11:30pm, finally quiet by 1:30 am until 8am. "
