"Pros- beds were comfortable, it was quiet, full kitchen was great, self check-in went smoothly. Cons- some overlooked areas in cleaning- smears of something on walls and picture frames, a dirty cooking pot, etc. The main problem was the shower. While it looked very nice, it was poorly designed. "Avoid like the plague, spent an hour last night stood outside trying to check in, took 5 phone calls because they suddenly don't speak English when you need help, then today I find they billed me twice for the room, phoned them and they didn't care less and said it will take a while to issue a refund, Anjali at Hotels.com rang them and got it processed immediately, most unprofessional hotel I have ever booked and certainly did not justify the expensive rate"

"The couple who manages the hotel was very friendly and accomodating. Our room was super clean and had been recently remodeled. Although the hotel is located next to a busy street, we could not hear the traffic with the windows closed. Having AC in the room on a 30°C day was an extra bonus. The AC unit seemed brandnew and was extremely quite. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast buffet."

"This is a really unique and quirky property! We really enjoyed our room. We booked the top attic room with 5 twin beds and our kids/teens loved it! Really unique space with interesting history. "Great location. Old building, but that is ok. Main issues was pricy compared with what you get: cleanliness was very bad. I did the check-in on Thursday and first time they went to the room to clean it was on Saturday. The bed sheet was like a net and transparent (poked thru). Everything but hygienic. Everybody was smoking inside.The breakfast was really poor. No English!"

"The room and hotel was excellent. It is tucked away in a corner by the highway, so it functions like a motel but the area isn't "nice" per se; it's a corner off the highway not a mountain resort looking out over the valley. Communication was either none or 5 star. Mostly since you don't need it. Everything is great and checkin with the machine was simple, so never spoke to anyone to rate. Clean nice, good beds, and the exceptionally large family room for parents with two children, it exceeded all expectations. Very happy. "
