"We stayed 2 nights. We actually did not sleep at all either night. It was unseasonably warm and so it was necessary to have all windows and doors open. The hotel provided earplugs, however they were pretty useless. Both nights felt like a college frat party was going on right below us, all night long, Literally!!! We did enjoy the view from our room."

"Lovely little hotel, right on the river and walking distance to the outlet shops. Free parking was included as well. Breakfast was amazing, good choice of cold meats and cheeses, plus the eggs and bacon were cooked perfectly. Would definitely recommend, and when I am next in Roermond to visit the shops then I will 100% be looking to book here again."

The tent was clean and well-equipped, and the instructions on how to access it, etc., were left for us and were very clear. We really enjoyed our stay there. "Nice bungalow with good outdoor spaces, but with a few issues - some strange lighting arrangements where you have to plug a cable in to turn on a light, and the bedrooms are tiny, with a very noisy/squeaky bunk bed in one of them Decent shower, and kitchen seems well equipped. We were not told that soap and toiletries are not provided, but the host was very communicative and helpful, and dropped some off for us anyway."

"Pros: coffee/ tea and fruit, welcome drink were a nice touch Cons: hospitality of the staff was lacking, digital check in system didnt work and the front desk/ employee didn't help. 3rd floor dorms and pods had poor noise reduction, ground vibrated with every footstep, sliding doors felt like things were being slammed, noise carried everywhere and people didn't respect quiet hours, loudly running and chatting through the halls at 4am. Reached out to hotel per their sign to help address it but they ignored the calls and messages"
