"Quite a way out of the centre (over a mile from the station not good if you’re without a car). I was woken at 03:45 by a party in the next room, out on the adjacent balcony. I called reception and 10 minutes later all was quiet. With breakfast at chf 19 each, we thought we’d go for the McDonalds next door - closed until 10:00!"

"A 4 night stay for skiing before Christmas. Accessing Spenglers Inn was a little confusing as there this is done via the Hard Rock Hotel reception. HRH don’t advertise that this is the case so only found out when I ventured inside for advice. Access through the HRH is also a bit convoluted but ok once learned. Our host Renee was phenomenal and spoke very good English. "Pretty basic hotel, but perfectly fine for a trip where you spend most of your time on the slopes or in town anyway. It's about a ten-minute walk to the lift (or the train station), or you can take the free Arosa bus. Breakfast was fairly basic, but everything was really good, especially the bread, and a good start to a day of skiing. I'd come back!"
