"It was very clean !! Staff was friendly. Didn’t like the fact that the people above us you could hear the kids running constantly early in the mornings. Next time I’ll book to see if I can get top floor . Didn’t care for the fact that we had to get all our clean towels daily and take care of garbage all the time - our stay was for four nights. "

"It is always risky booking a hotel you've never tried before, but I'm so glad we picked Tru! The facility was very clean, no issues with the room, great gym downstairs, free breakfast, game room, etc.... only downside would be there is no pool/hot tub. But that didn't negatively impact our trip at all. Will definitely book here again!"

"This is always a good hotel to stay at most times. This time around not so much. Apparently they had a change in staff and the person who was suppose to be checking me in, was on a smoke break so I stood there 10-15 minute waiting with no one else around at like 9pm! Just a bit disappointed! "
