"We stayed for 17 days.
The listing states "ski in / ski out access". This is untrue. The property is a 15 minute walk from the hotel. There are portions of the walk that are unsafe if there is snow in the side of the roads, busses and traffic have to stop and go around pedestrians. The ski shuttle stop is at the resort. There is no breakfast or food whatsoever at this hotel. There is one microwave for the entire hotel. It was...

The only thing travellers should be aware of is that, as the ryokan is located in the historic part of Nagano, most...
"This was the highlight of our trip to Japan! Such a cool, eclectic hotel, right off of the slopes. Coolest staff, and absolutely loved the silk screening session with our newfound friends."
