"The hot tub was in working order (unlike at many properties claiming hot tubs). I appreciated a small night light in the bath. Staff was friendly and helpful. It's unprepossessing, but it works and is comfortable."

"Still our favorite place to stay in Salida! Our greeter, Kathy was a wonderful person, kind, helpful and felt like family. She should be well paid, but kept in this personable position as she’s excellent!"

"Staff was super friendly and helpful. The Airstream was so cute and cozy I just wanted to snuggle in and stay there. A wonderful escape from the world. How tub was nice!"

"One of the best hotels we stayed in while in Colorado. Hot food was a little limited and could have had more variety."

"room to small for King bed, chairs very, very uncomfortable, breakfast minimial with packaged treats and yogurt. internet inadaquite, couldn't stream anything to my tablet. when I got home I compared mondays price when I reserved room to thursday price charged, thursdays price was $11.00 + more."

"The cabin we stayed in was so cute and comfortable! Easy to find location and the other guests were quiet. Will definitely stay here again when visiting the area next time"

"This property was disappointing. After a two night stay, it felt like the cost was 2 or 3 times what it should have been for an old roadside motel. Tiny rooms. No furniture except nightstand on one side of bed. No place to put anything other than on the floor in walkway from bed to bathroom. Useless tiny closet. Minimal electric outlets (no USB) with heavy use of extension cords. Bathroom sink way lower than normal height. Weak water pressure in shower, and no exhaust fan in tiny bathroom....

"A really good experience. We all appreciated the proximity to Buena Vista as well as the privacy from all the craziness of the music festival this weekend. Everything was as advertised."

"No one on property. Business appeared to be closed. Called number on sign on site - no answer. Waited for over an hour & left."
