"Property is located on the quiet side of the island in Yiğitler. Busses run through there so getting to the center of town is not an issue. Staff was excellent, view from the room was very good. Room had a few issue but they attempted to correct it. Everything is a comparison so this is not as luxury hotel but maybe better than other hotels specially in this area."

Temizlik ve hijyen harika. Hiçbir kusur yok. Kahvaltı günümüz gıda fiyatları düşünüldüğünde oldukça iyi. Tek sorun otelin konumu. Otel Avşa adasının merkezinde ve feribot iskelesine 100 m. mesafede.
