"Dirty bed sheets & the ceiling is falling onto them… maybe mould Creatures in the bath room and floor of the bedroom, kitchen and sofa. No hot water. One member of staff that is too busy and will tell you he can’t help carry your bags up 6 flights of stairs because he’s too busy. Tries to charge you extra hotel service fees when you arrive. Do not pay- your fees and taxes are included in your booking!"

"There is no front desk! And there’s no one there to check me in. I never stayed at the hotel because I could not get access. The area is also shady… party area and felt a bit unsafe to walk the street. I ended up sleeping in my car…Very disappointing!"

"Very dirty, no internet, but the worse was not to have running water the whole time we were there, we call the owner, and she never came or call anyone to fix the problem, we bought bottled water for bathing and everything else."
