"We stayed in a private room. Everything as described and the location was awesome! We did wish there was a desk or a shelf so we could unpack our bags but it wasn’t too much of a hassle. Would recommend!"
"While not in the prettiest neighborhood, it IS a safe area and within walking distance to bars, restaurants and pretty parks. Had a lovely stay. The proprietor, Eric, was absolutely delightful and helpful. I would recommend this place to my friends."
"Tico Tico was the ideal place for our two-week stay while we attended Spanish School in Quepos. We stayed in villa #12 which was exactly as shown in the photos. It was spacious, clean, and had a great open, modern aesthetic. And A/C!!! Having the kitchen was fantastic. "The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised by how excellent the interior was. There are several common areas including a full kitchen and all are well maintained and well thought out. Very beautiful."

"All good for a cheaper hotel. Pass on the cheapest room and book the studio room. Wifi was in and out but mostly working in the room. Good signal in the lobby."
