"Great location near the cathedral and old town. Easy walking to most everything. Outstanding reception. Super helpful.
Room pretty spartan. Could use actual soap, not in messy little plastic bags."
"The staff was amazing and the location fabulous. It was a very busy time for the solar eclipse, but running out of hot water for 2 days was frustrating. The breakfast consisted of cereal, toast and sweet breads, no fruit or eggs or anything great. They're also was no kitchen, I guess I expect hostels to have a kitchen so I can cook my own meals. There is a grocery store next door with some pre-made stuff and the location made it satisfactory."
"Posizione strategica in pieno centro.
"This is by far the definitive place to stay on the Camino if you want to overnight in Castrojerez. The hotelier, Jairo, was beyond helpful, going above and beyond to make my stay excellent and relaxing. The spa pool is particularly nice and a welcomed feature for tired muscles after a long Camino trek from Burgos. The inner patio is especially comfortable and impressive, and the lounge, with its Netflix enabled high definition screen was awesome. I caught up with an episode of one of my...
"The host wasn’t even there for check in. After soliciting help from neighbors, I found out the host has unilaterally canceled my reservation while I was traveling. The phone number listed wasn’t legit and there was no way to contact the host. I had to scramble to find another lodging solution. Unbelievable listings! Despicable, untrustworthy, awful!!!"
