"Hotel fine if you need only somewhere to sleep, shower, a toilet, & live out of a suitcase. Small shallow desk & simple chair. Two hangars. Large TV. No shelves, hooks, towel rails, or anything else. Kept removing & replacing my soap and changed towels when I hadn’t asked for that. Why? Breakfast ok and had lactose-free milk. "

"We had a comfortable overnight stay in Belo Horizonte, thanks to São Bento Hotel. It is situated within walking distance to the bus terminal, and both the old and new markets. The hotel has several security cameras. The room, while on the smaller side, is neat and tidy. It has a closet with safety deposit box and enough surfaces to put things on. "Quando chegamos ao local descobri que metade das fotos não corresponde ao lugar onde fica a casa alugada, o local onde eles alegam ser a casa não estava limpa e segundo o caseiro, eles não sabiam que haveriam hóspedes ali. Para ficar hospedado no local onde as fotos mostram precisei pagar mil reais a mais para a proprietária já que o local onde nos levaram não oferecia condições para passar mos os dias."
