"Customer Service"

"First off, the location on Hotels.com is wrong, as of this writing. As others said, not only is it up a steep driveway, it is about a 5-10 walk up a very dark dirt road from the edge of town. Secondly, it is not a hostel, it is a Finca... meaning a family house. As a result there are young kids crying early in the morning. Aside from that it is a lovely Finca, if that is what you are looking for and don't mind/are able to make a small climb. "

"Using Expedia, I reserved a room with a view and jaccuzi bath. When I arrived they tried to lodge me in a corner closet size room with no Jaccuzi or view. They said that was the room I reserved. From my perspective it was a classic “bait and switch”. I ended up getting the room I reserved for three nights instead of the five I paid for. "

"Great place "

"The staff was fine and we had no issues with the customer service, the (3) issues are regarding the hotel itself. Bugs. We kept the windows closed at all times but a few times when we came back I would have to deal with a spider or the bug the size of a medium cockroach. The shower. While the shower itself is nice and has hot water, the issue is the shower head isn't movable so you shoulder keeps bumping into the wall and it's very uncomfortable. Paper thing walls. If you're going to book...

Desmejoro mucho."

"Historic hotel in centre. Quiet despite it's location as the rooms are facing a courtyard not the street. Helpful staff who helped arrange transportation to the hot springs, as well as, the airport. There are securuty measures in place: ie three located gates which are assessible with the keys given."
