"The rooms were clean the property was clean outside. The parking is underground and has an elevator to go up to the lobby and rooms. Bed and pillows are hard, you can hear into the other adjacent rooms but the worst thing was after about an hour of getting settled someone came into the room using another card. Now how does that happen????? Invasion of security and privacy. "

"Excellent small hotel for your stay in Puerto Escondido! Although personal preference, my bed and pillow were both excellent! Very nice staff. Clean and very central. Front street can be a bit noisy at night, so if that bothers you, ask for a room at the back. Air conditioning was flawless! "

"We loved this hotel because it was close to shops and restaurants. Parking was right next to the hotel and we were writing walking distance to the beach. The only thing I would change is to cool the pool and add pool towels. A nice cool refreshing pool would be a great plus. "

"The gentleman in the front who checked me in was very rude. He couldn't find my reservation, was making phone calls but because no one would answer he threw the cell phone then asked for my confirmation# again and finally gave me the room key. The room was dirty with ants all over the floor. Every time I had a question for the guy he gave me attitude with an annoyed look on his face. I still thanked him each time even though he wouldn't respond. Worst experience ever at a hotel, I will not be...
